I help organizations navigate change through communication, innovation, technology and human-centered design.

For more than 15 years, I have worked across Latin America with companies, nonprofits, educational institutions and international organizations, helping them transform ideas into systems that create lasting impact.

While my work has taken many forms—from regional marketing and digital transformation to education, community engagement and project design—the common thread has always been the same:I am interested in understanding how people, organizations and systems evolve.

My journey has never fit into a single category

I have worked in communication, but I am not only a communicator.
I have worked in technology, but I am not an engineer.
I have designed educational programs, but I am not exclusively an educator.
I have led marketing initiatives, but I am not simply a marketer.
What fascinates me is the space where these disciplines overlap.

  • And where organizations must adapt to survive and grow.

Over time, this intersection became the foundation of my work.

What I believe

Most challenges are not isolated.

They exist within systems. Organizations often think they have a communication problem when they actually have a culture problem. They believe they need new technology when what they need is adoption and change management. They launch projects when they should be building long-term capacity.

That’s why I approach every challenge by looking at the bigger picture: the people, the incentives, the processes and the relationships that shape outcomes. Because sustainable change rarely comes from a single solution. It comes from designing better systems.
